The Studio
Pilates & Movement Studio is a very personal and community driven space. Class sizes are limited for comfort and individualised attention. The studio was purpose built to fulfil the need for a quieter, more comfortable space. Classes are small, inclusive and welcoming. It becomes YOUR time, to regain and build your strength and movement. YOUR time to de-stress, away from your busy schedule.
Our Teachers
My name is Marnie. Pilates has been my passion for over 10 years. Originally, as a participant, and coming from the fitness industry (over 20 years), Pilates was a movement revelation for me!
Since then, I've completed my comprehensive Contemporary Pilates training Level 2 Pilates Teaching with the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA). I've taught thousands of Pilates classes in several different Studios, and completed a multitude of workshops and short courses including pregnancy (pre & post), shoulder movement, hip movement, somatic movement, pain, postural assessments, pelvic floor, advanced Reformer and Breathing methods.
My motto is Never Stop Learning! And so my journey with Pilates and Movement continues. What will you discover about yourself on your journey with Pilates?
